Why is your heart in this work?

I love working with leaders to help them build and grow their organization to aid communities and people in creating a more equitable and joy-filled world.

What's your at-work super power?

My at work super-power is asking a lot of questions with an eye toward helping people clarify their goals and then aiding them in building an actual plan to achieving it.

How do you like to spend your time when you're not working?

When not working I love to go hear live music of just about any genre, and I like go for hikes both in nature or in cities.
