As a young girl and teen, I watched my mom extend kindness and helpfulness to anyone and everyone in need. She was never concerned with skin color, cultural differences, political opinions, religious affiliations, etc. The only thing she cared about was being kind and helping those who were less fortunate.
This work brings me joy for many reasons, but the chart topper is having the opportunity to partner with amazing nonprofit organizations doing critical work and helping them further their mission through fundraising events. There are so many people who need a hand and countless organizations doing incredible work! As Mr. Rogers beautifully said, “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”

Hanging out with my golden retrievers, outdoor adventuring and collecting as many houseplants as possible before my husband (married on 6.21.25) gives me the boot!
