I need purpose to drive my work – to give my day-to-day work hours meaning and make it “worth it”. If I’m going to spend more than 1/2 of my life focused on “work”, it better be for something that makes a difference in my community and puts some good back out into the world. I love that our work enables us to help so many great NPOs, and furthers the good they are trying to put back out into the world.
